Busy, busy, busy....

This is a past wedding that l did in August. I just loved the bride and groom as well as their friends and family. It was an out of town wedding and they made me all feel so very welcomed.

I am alittle over whelmed by my photo editing ...so many weddings so little time.

Well l can't believe that September is already here and that fall is just around the corner. Can l just ask where has the summer gone. It just felt like June. WOW.

Alyssa starts SK tomorrow and YES l am already starting to worry about her. I know she loves it and know that it is a great experience. But the hours of the day seem to go slow when she is away. I miss her so.

And l am going to have to say that Dylan is going to miss her something awful. They have gotten really close over the past few months.

By the way Dylan is now official potty trained and doing so great! Yahoo. Finally no more number 2's in diapers.

So life is crazy around here this week with school starting ...AG extremely busy with work and me knee deep in photo editing picture....but the good part is that l leave for the Bahamas on Saturday for a week to shoot a wedding and can't wait.

A vacation...so excited.

So keep checking back for l am sure l will have tones of pictures of my big trip.

she is such a beauty....

This is a client of mine from a few weeks ago and l just fell in love with her natural beauty. We did the photos on a horse farm. The grounds were beautiful.
And had great spots for lots of pictures. Here are just a few of the many that l took.

so proud of my father in law

So it has been a dream of my father in laws to canoe the whole Trent System water way in Ontario. This summer he was able to make his dream come true.

At the age of 65 and suffering from an extremely bad back and osteoporosis he started his journey which took him 300 miles a total of 19 days.

Last night he ended his journey by going through his lock in our home town of Lindsay.



As you can see we were all here to greet him and tell him how proud we are of him and what he has accomplished.

All l know is that he must be feelin great satisfaction right now.

We love you Allan (aka Dad and Grandpa).

my cousins new addition...

I just wanted to share a few of my cousins new addition to the family...
it's a girl...and so sweet at that!
We took these at yer family cottage...it's so beautiful there.
Congratulations girl...l am so happy for ya.

So the time has come and guess what is goin on in my house?

Thats right we are trying to potty train our little man Dylan...
and so far so good.
Looks like he is on his way.
Dylan just loved goin out and pickin up his new underwear..."he's a big boy now'.

So Alyssa has been really bored since school ended so we decided to enroll her into gymnastics.

Let's just say she loves it.

Thinking we just may keep her in it for the fall.

We even had the cirus come to town...kids loved this part.

Well, two weekends ago our town celebrated it's 150th birtdday...called "homecoming".
They kids had a blast from the bands to the rides.
We had a street dance with 6 stages of live music...they kids dance up and down the streets as well as a big three hour parade with tons of bands, floats, and animals.
AG and l even managed to take a night off and sneak away from the kids and have dinner and drinks with good friends....maybe a few to many drinks...lol
