Get ready for picture overload....

This my friend Connie. She is a beautiful person inside and out and such a free spirit. She is also a fellow photographer. She had asked me to shoot some photos of her. Lets just say that we had such a great time and l took over 350 photos. Only half way through them.

I just love her eyes. I call them cats eyes.

I have to say that they look abit off after resizing for the web. They look so different in photoshop. Let me know if they look to crazy on color.

Just got back from shooting my first wedding of the year. Had a great time but am so tired. One down 16 to go...lol

Life is great...such a beautiful weekend!

We were all blessed this weekend with such awesome weather.
Spent all weekend enjoying the great outdoors.
The only thing is a l got far to much colour. I usually go brown as a berry...but it was the first colour of the year and well lets just say l am feelin the sun right now.....but l will be brown when l wake up.
Had sometime to kill this evening so l thought that l would browse my favorite site in the whole wide world "2 peas in a bucket"...but its down :(...for those of you how don't know what it is...it's only the best photography and scrapbook site in the whole wide world. Oh ya Happy belated national scrapbook day everyone....
Took some great shoots this weekend of the kiddos so l will post them later. Here are just a few of them in our back yard.

I have a confession.................

well l thought l would share in a little confession on where l have been spending my time and have a huge addiction to....

A friend introduced me to this site a few weeks back....

and now it has turned into a full force addiction.

Its a site where you can reconnect with long lost friends, family...etc.

You have had a chance to see where alot of people are in their lives.

I love it...you should check it out.

a different point of view....my husband was behind the camera

so as you all know l am always behind the camera....

my daughter said to me yesterday "mommy there isn't very many pictures of you and me"...

Now l know that this is very true...for l so hate getting my picture taken...

but l realized yesterday that this is sad...and l want my children to have pictures of us together in all stages of their life.

So what if l feel l need to be 20 pounds lighter...l need make up on and need to do my hair...

so what!

So here l am with my husband and kiddos at the park last night... oh natural!

This is the way that l look most days...unless we are going out.

This is the way the kids think of me.

My husband thought he was just the little photographer. I think he did pretty good.

that's me....

so alot of people are saying "you are always behind the camera ...lets see a picture of you"...lol
there you have it...
that's me...minus no make up and my roots look like they need a touch up ASAP.

oh well!

i'm a bad blogger.....

I feel so bad....l have been neglecting my poor blog...

this cold/flu is kicking my butt.

I just can't seem to get over it.

You know you are sick when you take a whole bottle of Buckleys and nothing...

hoping that this warm weather helps out.

We had a great weekend. The weather was amazing. High 20's. Wow.

Did alot of clean up and gardening as well as a bbq with friends.

I will try to post a few pictures of the kids from the weekend. I am just so behind on my editing.

So some of you might know...l have been sick with the flu this week and have to energy or drive to do anything...

so....

today l walked my Alyssa room and saw a HUGE mess.

I said to her "Alyssa, please clean up your room".

20 minutes go by and nothing....

again "Alyssa l said please clean up your room"....

still nothing.

So l then go to her bedroom door and stand there saying nothing.....

she looks at me and says...

"Mom l know...don't say it again...your giving me such a huge headache."

Alyssa l love ya.....

We have a Ninja Turtle in the house....

I have a teenage mutant ninja turtle running through the house....

need a say more.

Feels like it has been forever since my last post..

I have been really under the weather. Have had the flu since Easter and just can't seem to beable to kick it...and now everyone else has it in the family.

I was able to snap a few of the kids over the holidays!

We celebrated my husbands 30th birthday on the weekend.

Poor guy he was hit with this awful stomach flu as well.

Just bought a wide angle lens and it is on the way.
